Prince George’s African Theme Nursery | Safari Nursery Ideas

GreatGets FTC Disclosure

Prince William let the lion out of the bag today! He announced that George’s room will be decorated with an African theme in hopes of passing along his family’s love of Africa. “I’ll have toy elephants and rhinos around the room … “We’ll cover it in, you know, lots of bushes and things like that. [We’ll] make him grow up as if he’s in the bush,”  the new dad said in CNN’s one-hour special, “Prince William’s Passion: New Father, New Hope.” And we are absolutely loving the whole idea of a safari nursery theme.

We were so excited about this latest development in our obsession with the royal family, we immediately dropped everything else and tasked ourselves with finding the best of the best safari theme nursery decor and ideas that might conform to both his Dad’s dream to save the world’s endangered species and his mom’s impeccable sense of style.

We can already imagine the little prince’s safari theme first birthday party. So do you think his Uncle Harry will dress up as George King of the Jungle (a Tarzan-like character)? George’s Aunt Pippa could be Jungle Jane? JK – we guess it’s  not quite the same as Daniel’s Uncle Alan donning a cookie monster costume at his 2nd birthday!
